Where we work

We are a mobile service covering all of metro Melbourne – the CBD and every northern, eastern, southern, bayside and western suburb, from Werribee to Craigieburn and Footscray to Frankston. There is no travel surcharge inside the metro area.

We do not operate a shopfront. Technicians work out of vehicles and come to you, which is why there is no street address on this page – the phone and email above are the fastest ways to reach us, and both are monitored.

What to tell us when you call

Three things let us tell you what it probably is, whether it is a same-day job and what it will cost:

• What you are seeing or hearing – insects, droppings, noises, a smell, bites.
• Where – kitchen, roof, wall cavity, yard, or which room is worst.
• How long – since yesterday, or for months. It changes the treatment more than people expect.

Emergencies

Call rather than email. A wasp nest at a doorway, anyone stung with a known allergy, rodents in an operating food business, or an animal loose inside the house all get immediate attendance, including after hours. Say so when you call and we will prioritise it.

Complaints and follow-ups

If something we treated has come back inside its warranty period, call the same number and tell us it is a warranty call – we come back at no charge. If you are unhappy with anything, we would much rather hear it directly than read it later.
