About Pest Control Army|Melbourne Pest Control

Licensed, insured, answered 24/7, and straight with you about what you actually need.

Who we are

Pest Control Army is a Melbourne pest management business covering the whole metro area, seven days a week. We handle twenty-two services – from a single wasp nest to a documented commercial program – with licensed and insured Victorian technicians.

How we are different, in practice

Every pest company says it is honest, so here are the specific things we do that most do not:

  • We publish our prices. Every service page carries from-prices and states what is included. Most operators make you ring around.
  • We tell you when you need nothing. Old borer damage, a mud dauber nest, a possum in your garden, a swarm that will move on by itself – all real calls where the honest answer is no treatment, and no charge.
  • We publish what is NOT covered. A general treatment does not include termites, rodents, bed bugs, fleas, wasps or possums. Saying that up front avoids the argument later.
  • We put the follow-up in the price. Bed bugs and German cockroaches need a second visit because of how eggs work. It is quoted from the start, not added afterwards.
  • We quote the proofing. Baiting rodents without sealing entry points is a subscription, not a solution.

What we do not claim

We deliberately publish no star ratings, no review counts and no “20 years of experience” line. Anyone can type those, and you have no way to check them. What we offer instead is written: published pricing, a written warranty on the invoice, and a 5% beat on any written quote you have in hand.

Licensing and insurance

Our technicians are licensed to apply pesticides in Victoria and we carry public liability insurance. Ask to see either when we arrive – a business that hesitates at that question is telling you something.

Wildlife and the law

Possums are protected under the Wildlife Act 1975 (Vic). A trapped brushtail must be released on the same property within 50 metres, after sunset the same day, and ringtails cannot be trapped at all without a DEECA permit. We work inside those rules and explain them rather than promising to take your possum away. Honey bees are referred to beekeepers for live relocation, never sprayed.
