Cookies Policy

What this website stores in your browser, and why.

Last updated: 16 August 2026

The short version

This is a small business website, not an advertising platform. We do not run advertising cookies, retargeting pixels or third-party trackers, and we do not sell or share browsing data. The cookies this site does set exist to make it work.

What a cookie is

A small text file a website stores in your browser so it can remember something between page loads – for example that you already submitted a form, or a cached copy of a page so it loads faster next time.

What this site uses

Strictly necessary

  • WordPress sets cookies to run the site and, if you are an administrator, to keep you logged in. Ordinary visitors generally receive none of these.
  • Fluent Forms, which powers our quote form, may set a cookie so a submission is not duplicated and so the form behaves correctly.
  • LiteSpeed Cache stores cached copies of pages to make the site load quickly. This is mostly server-side and may set a cookie to serve you the correct cached version.

Not used on this site

  • No Google Ads, Meta pixel or other advertising or retargeting tags.
  • No cross-site tracking or data brokerage.
  • No third-party fonts. Our typeface is hosted on this domain, so loading a page does not tell anyone else you visited.

If we ever add analytics we will update this page and say exactly what it collects.

Turning cookies off

Every browser lets you block or delete cookies in its settings. Blocking them will not stop you reading this site, but the quote form may not behave correctly, so if you are blocking cookies and the form misbehaves, just call 0435 073 966 instead – it is faster anyway.
